To make a reservation you can either call or email us to check availability. WE DO NOT HAVE ONLINE RESERVATIONS. Our availability is constantly changing. Wait list is done by email only. When you call or email to make a reservation you will be required to MAIL in a check or money order for your first night stay. This is due within 5 days of making the reservation to guarantee the site -$40- for EACH SITE reserved. If making a group reservation, we also need the information * name, address, phone, email * of each person who will be responsible for each site a minimum of 5 days BEFORE you arrive.
WE DO NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE unless it is LESS than 7 days prior to arrival.
If you need to cancel a reservation that you have made payment on, you will have the opportunity to rebook at that time of cancellation for a different date within the same calendar year,
IF the cancellation is made 7 days prior to your arrival you can reschedule and NOT lose any monies!
If a check is sent back $10 will be deducted for processing.
Any cancellation made LESS than 7 days prior to arrival you will forfeit your first nights stay. Weather is NOT a cancellable reason.
Please make sure you understand our CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE you make your reservation.
You want a river site but they are all full for the weekend that you want to come. If you take an off river site we will put you on the waitlist for a river site. If all sites are full we will put you on a wait list for first available.
